Terms of Service

In short

Use the proxies for lawful collection of publicly accessible data, keep your credentials to yourself, pay for what you use, and we keep the network running. Abuse ends the account without a refund.

1. Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between UUIProxy and the individual or organisation that creates an account. Creating an account, purchasing traffic, or sending a single request through our gateways constitutes acceptance.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.

2. Acceptable use

Our services exist for collecting publicly accessible information, verifying advertising, monitoring your own systems, and operating accounts you are entitled to operate.

The following are prohibited and are grounds for immediate suspension without refund:

  • Credential stuffing, brute-force authentication, or any attempt to access accounts you do not own
  • Fraud, payment abuse, carding, or facilitating any of the above
  • Distribution of malware, phishing pages, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Accessing material that is illegal in the jurisdiction of either endpoint
  • Denial-of-service traffic or any deliberate attempt to degrade a third-party service
  • Reselling or sublicensing access without a written reseller agreement

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for all traffic generated with your credentials, including traffic from sub-users you create. Rotate credentials immediately if you suspect they have leaked.

We may create sub-user limits, concurrency caps or traffic ceilings on an account where usage patterns indicate a compromise.

4. Billing

Traffic-billed products are charged on the bytes measured at our gateways in both directions. IP and device leases are charged per billing period in advance. Unlimited gateways are charged per calendar day.

Prepaid traffic purchased on pay-as-you-go plans does not expire. Subscription allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over.

Unused traffic from a first purchase may be refunded within seven days. Leases are refundable pro rata only where we fail to meet the availability commitments in our SLA.

5. Service changes

Pool composition, routing and endpoints change continuously as the network is maintained. We give thirty days' notice before removing a documented API capability or changing published pricing for an active subscription.

6. Liability

The service is provided without warranty that any particular target will be reachable, since that depends on third parties we do not control. Our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend an account immediately where use breaches section 2, and will otherwise give fourteen days' notice.
