What products do you offer?
Five families of proxies — residential, ISP, rotating mobile, static mobile and datacenter — plus an unlimited-traffic residential plan. Each is tuned for a different balance of cost, stability and how hard it is to detect.
Which regions' IPs are supported?
200+ countries and regions, with country, state and city-level targeting available on residential and ISP plans.
Which proxy type should I choose?
Start with residential for general scraping, move to mobile when the target blocks aggressively, pick ISP when a session has to stay on one IP for hours, and use datacenter when volume matters more than disguise.
How do I reach support?
Live chat and email are staffed 24/7 with a median first response under 15 minutes. Plans above 1 TB per month include a dedicated engineer and a shared incident channel.
Getting Started
How do I use the proxy services?
Connect over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 using credentials from your dashboard, or generate endpoints through the API. We publish ready-made snippets for Python, Node.js, cURL and the common scraping frameworks.
Do you offer a proxy free trial?
Yes. New accounts get trial credits so you can verify compatibility with your own tools and target sites before committing.
How long does setup take?
Credentials are issued the moment an account is created, and datacenter or residential access is live within a minute. Dedicated mobile devices take up to two hours because a physical handset has to be assigned.
Pricing & Billing
How are proxies priced?
Three models: per gigabyte of traffic, per dedicated IP, or a flat daily rate for unlimited plans. Full breakdowns for every product are on the pricing page.
What is your refund policy?
Unused traffic on a first purchase can be refunded within seven days. Dedicated IP and device leases are refundable pro rata if we cannot deliver the agreed availability.
Does prepaid traffic expire?
Pay-as-you-go traffic does not expire. Subscription allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and can be topped up at the same unit rate at any time.
Technical
What authentication methods are supported?
Username and password on every product, plus IP whitelisting on ISP, datacenter and unlimited plans. Sub-users can be created with their own credentials and traffic caps.
How do sticky sessions work?
Append a session identifier to the proxy username. Every request carrying that identifier reuses the same exit IP — up to 120 minutes on residential and 60 minutes on rotating mobile.
Is there a limit on concurrent connections?
Residential, mobile and datacenter plans bill by traffic and do not cap threads. Unlimited gateway plans are sized by concurrency, from 1,000 to 5,000 threads per gateway.
Compliance & Trust
Where do your residential IPs come from?
From an opt-in peer network. Every participant agrees explicitly, is compensated, and can leave at any time. Participation is re-confirmed on a rolling basis rather than only at signup.
What are proxies not allowed to be used for?
Credential stuffing, fraud, spam, accessing private data behind authentication you do not own, and anything illegal in the jurisdiction of either endpoint. Accounts are suspended on detection, without refund.
Do you log the traffic that passes through?
We record connection metadata needed for billing and abuse handling — timestamp, bytes, destination host. Request bodies and response payloads are never stored.
